What can you do in this feedback forum?
In the feedback forum, you can read through the proposed governance model that will be voted on during the Extraordinary General Assembly (GA) on 1 June and 5 June 2026. Additionally, you can also:
• Ask questions regarding the proposed governance model
• Provide feedback for the Governance Advisory Board
How to navigate this feedback forum
You can review the proposed motions for a new governance model on the tabs above. Each section has a dedicated tab that serves as a thread for the motions you can review. Every motion can be accessed at the bottom of its corresponding section.
Click on the individual motion to read and review it. If you wish to provide any feedback/amendment, scroll to the bottom of the motion. You will see a designated place for you to leave a reply:
You can leave your reply in the box. Please refer to the section “how to Write Your Reply” for more details about writing or seconding amendments.
Once you review a motion, you can leave your feedback for other members to interact with.
Please keep in mind that while comments are welcome from all affiliates, amendments to motions and seconding a motion amendment are only possible for voting members who have paid their membership fee in 2026.

How to write your feedback
Should you wish to leave feedback on a motion, please follow the guidance below:
You can leave feedback by providing a concrete text to ADD to or DELETE from the original motion text in red. Please use the strikethrough function to show what you want to DELETE.
Please leave feedback in a new thread and in the correct format. Otherwise, your suggestions could be overlooked.

Seconding the feedback
If paid members want the World Board to consider an amendment, a second member should support it. This is done by writing "I support this feedback" as a reply to the original amendment.
This feedback forum is open until 3 May 2026. Afterwards, the World Board will review the recommendations.
