This section presents the Independent Modular Motions, which address key governance gaps identified through earlier proposals and member consultations.
These motions can be considered and adopted on their own, regardless of decisions taken in other parts. They complement the broader governance discussion while allowing flexibility in decision-making.
Motion 5 proposes a continental rotation of the Organic World Congress.
Motion 6 clarifies the definition of force majeure for the Congress.
Motion 7 reaffirms the validity of the “One Membership” principle.
Motion 8 proposes the creation of an Organic Scientific Expert Panel.
